“Absolutely incredible work by Dan & his team. From the initial communication to the final cleanup, Dan has been a joy to work with.

He is punctual in his replies, answered all our questions, came by the next day to listen to our desires as we had ~1100 sqft of yard revamping to carry out. He promptly provided a quote which we were happy with and the work began the next week.

Dan projected the confidence of a true professional, and his work definitely backed that up. The work started on Wednesday morning and continued for three days. During that time Dan & his team removed old dying grass, re-tilled the earth, levelled it, added topsoil, dug up all weeds, and laid out new sod to perfection.

We are extremely happy with our new lawn and owe it all to Dan & Bloom Property Solutions. We can't wait to have Dan back for some more garden work in the spring.

Bonus points: Several of our neighbours came by and complimented both Dan's work and his pleasant attitude towards the neighbours, saying hello, and cleaning up any dirt that may have fallen on the neighbours properties. They really appreciated this.

I had a problem with too much water in the yard. They dug a trench and put in pipe and made it look beautiful when it was done.
